Tennis-jeunes offers a full tennis training package known as "Competition package". The training is designed for young players who are looking to make their game more efficient through trainings that aim at building on their strengths and at training their weaknesses. This balanced tennis program offers intensive daily trainings based on the technique, the physical training and the tactic. Visual observation and individual monitoring will be done at the beginning of the training to identify the child’s level and set objectives accordingly. Different types of training will be given depending on the objective of the session (basket, regularity in the game, matches with themes …). Tennis being a highly physically demanding sport, the physical training will not be neglected by our monitors. We will do some assessments and give: - exercises to gain speed in footwork (foot drills). - exercises to improve flexibility and stretching . - different workouts to strengthen the muscles and increase all over body strength (depending on the age of the young player). In addition to the matches and trainings, the kids will enjoy various activities held in the camp (collective sports, kayak, golf, mini-golf, open air games …). At the end of their stay, the participants will get a reward (cup or medals) and a CD with pictures of their wonderful stay and the assessment result of the training.
